MLD
Vodder trained Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not the same as massage. The focus of massage is to work the muscles, using lotion or oil to be able to glide, pick up, and work the tissue.
MLD does not use any oil, and the focus is to move the lymphatic fluid with requires special techniques not used in massage.
Our lymphatic system moves when we move...or when your lymphatic therapist moves it for you. We know that inflammation can be a result of stagnation, so keeping the lymphatic fluid moving is incredibly important to our overall health.
This service is currently available to those with healthy and intact lymphatic systems, and not currently undergoing cancer treatment.

TSM Breast Massage
This session includes massage to the back, shoulders, neck and breasts.
This service is currently not available to those who have received chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
The techniques used in this treatment include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, PNF stretches, Myofascial Release, and regular massage techniques.
The purpose of this protocol is to help improve posture and range of motion caused by working environments, and wearing bras.
This service also helps with postural aches and pain, helps to keep tissue healthy by using techniques that help move metabolic waste and increase blood flow to the area's typically constricted by bras.
The Spurgeon Method (TSM) was created by Sally Spurgeon.
Clients are required to sign a consent form to receive breast massage prior to the session.

Restorative Energy Work
in-office & virtual
Healthy human touch is healing and relaxing, as it speaks directly to our nervous system.
In a world where we are constantly being pulled in several directions at once, this session is created to calm the mind, help you return to center, ground, and allow your shoulders to fall away from your ears. I recommend you wear comfortable clothes you can relax in. During this session your only job is to breathe.
I am a reiki master teacher and have studied different energy practices through the years. I believe in the power of intention and of the wisdom of the body. This session is about the client, their spiritual or religious beliefs, not mine.
If you've never experienced energy work I recommend the 90 minute session. This way we will have adequate time to discuss any questions you may have, as well as what to expect during and after your session.
